Buenos Aires, November 17 (NA) – The Chamber of Deputies will auction off next Friday, December 5th at noon, 20 vehicles from its official fleet. According to the Argentine News Agency, the event will be held electronically starting at noon through the Banco Ciudad website, which will be in charge of the public auction. "In line with the commitment to promote the efficient and rational use of public resources, the Presidency of the Chamber of Deputies will electronically auction 20 units from the official vehicle fleet," stated a brief communiqué from the body presided over by Martín Menem. The first lot of 18 vehicles will be exhibited next Wednesday, November 26th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Avenida Rivadavia 1841, at the entrance of the Legislative Palace, while the remaining two cars will be available for viewing on Thursday, November 27th during the same hours at Pasco 650. The cars that the Chamber of Deputies will put up for sale include models such as the Chevrolet Prisma and Spin, Peugeot 408, VW Vento and Bora, Ranger and S10 pickups, and the Renault Master. All units, with the exception of one that is not in proper working condition, have their Vehicle Technical Verification (VTV) up to date.
